These items can be transferred to a USB Flash Drive. This is the most common output format. However, we can also create DVDs, Blurays, or simply put them on an external Hard Drive. I highly recommend having a way to back these files up as well. We can help with that.

We are a local company based in Bakersfield, VT that has been in business for 25 years and lived in the same area for almost 50. We also work on computers and technology. Travelling is common, so it is very possible arrangements can be made to pick up you items right at your home. Otherwise, we can meetup or you can drop off at our home office in Bakersfield. Items never leave Vermont and I am the one person you will be dealing with throughout the process.

When choosing a company to handle your precious memories be careful with the companies online. There are several companies online that are actually one big company. Do your research. It takes them months to turn around your order and the quality is not as good as it should be. They use cheap hardware and have little to no post processing. There are good companies online……the ones to avoid are Legacybox, Southtree, Kodax Digitizing, iMemories.
The best analog video capture devices have not been produced in over a dozen years. We have acquired these devices in old stock, unused condition. We use our transfer devices to capture video in a lossless, highest quality format to computer. They are huge. 30 Gb/hour. Those files are then processed and optimized to look good on a computer and a TV. The edges of the video are also cleaned so you don’t see the typical mechanical noise. These files are then converted H.264 files (in most cases) or to the proper format to burn to DVD or Bluray.
We guarantee our video to be top quality, using high end hardware and post processing.
