If you’re local, there is no need to ship your memories across the country. We offer flexible options including home pickup (when scheduling allows), local meetups, and drop-off at our Bakersfield home office. Your media stays in Vermont and remains in the hands of one trusted professional.

For customers outside the area, we gladly accept shipped media and will guide you through the process.
Free return shipping is included on orders over $300.

Media is first captured in a lossless, high-quality format before compression is applied. Footage is then processed to improve clarity, reduce edge noise, and ensure smooth playback on both televisions and computers.

Final files are typically delivered in modern formats such as USB Flash Drive, or prepared for DVD or Blu-ray when requested.
