Many customers choose to ship their media for digitization — and we work hard to make the process simple, safe, and stress-free.

Your items are handled by a single trusted professional from start to finish. They are never sent to a large processing facility or outsourced to unknown technicians. You’ll always know where your memories are and who is working on them.

How the Shipping Process Works

1. Contact us to discuss your project and receive guidance on packaging and delivery options.
2. Pack your media securely using the tips below.
3. Ship your items using the carrier of your choice. Shipping with tracking is recommended for peace of mind.
4. We confirm arrival so you always know your package made it safely.
5. Your originals are returned along with your digital files when the project is complete.

Packing Tips

• Use a sturdy box with padding to prevent movement
• Keep tapes and film inside their cases when possible
• Place smaller items inside bags or smaller boxes to stay organized
• Include your name and contact information inside the package

What to Include Inside the Box

• Your name
• Phone number or email
• Any special notes about damaged or important items
• A rough count of tapes or media (helpful but not required)

Return Shipping & Communication

You’ll receive updates when your package arrives and when your project is complete. Original media is returned safely after digitization, and free return shipping is included on orders over $300. Insurance is optional and completely up to you — many customers choose basic tracking only.

If you are located near Bakersfield or Enosburg, local drop-off, meetups, or pickup arrangements may also be available depending on scheduling.
